This half term, our family programme offers something for everyone. Get hands-on with creativity at Family Sundays or let little ones discover the joy of sensory play at Mini Creatives.

Step into stories from near and far with Stories in the Dust and share in the joy of song with Family Singing. Younger audiences will love the playful theatre of Claytime, while the whole family can laugh together at the ever popular Pirates Love Underpants.

Experience live shows and music

Half term is the time for a little magic and spectacle. Acrobatics and breathtaking performance come together in Cirque: The Greatest Show (Reimagined), bringing dazzling energy to the stage. 

For those who love live orchestral sounds, the CBSO Youth Orchestra: Side by Side brings the next generation of musicians to the stage, while families can enjoy a spooktacular introduction to classical music with Something Spooky: My First Concert, perfect for little ones this Halloween season.

Cinema this October

Experience the magic of film on the big screen this October at Warwick Arts Centre. The Cory Band Presents John Williams celebrates one of the world’s greatest film composers.

Families can enjoy a laugh-out-loud adventure with Wallace & Gromit: The Curse of the Were-Rabbit, while film and music lovers alike won’t want to miss Radiohead x Nosferatu: A Symphony of Horror a haunting reimagining of the silent classic set to Radiohead’s iconic sound.

Creative inspiration this half term

For families who love getting involved, there are plenty of ways to explore your creativity. Be inspired by the striking installations in Takuro Kuwata: Tea Bowl Punk, opening Friday 31 October at the Mead Gallery. 

Take a stroll through our Sculpture Park, a free Autumn activity, and follow the Sculpture Trail to discover artworks scattered across the campus – a fun way to explore art outdoors.
