Platform 2027: Get Involved
Got an idea you'd love to bring to life?
PLATFORM supports University of Warwick students, societies and groups to create and share exciting work at Warwick Arts Centre.
Whether you're planning a performance, gig, exhibition, workshop, screening, talk, Q&A, or something completely different, we'll help make it happen with:
- Funding support
- Access to Warwick Arts Centre spaces
- Mentoring and guidance from our team
- Marketing support to help you reach audiences
We're looking for creative, ambitious ideas at any stage of development, from works in progress to fully realised projects.
This is your PLATFORM.
Previous PLATFORM Projects
Here is a snapshot of what previous student-led projects have achieved.
- We Just Click
Sociology undergraduate student Topè Adebayo brought her vision for We Just Click to life, a Valentine’s-themed workshop celebrating connection and creativity. Attendees took part in a portrait session led by Birmingham-based photographer Ayesha Jones, with prints produced on the day to incorporate into personal 'love letters' written to themselves, friends, family, or partners.
- Warwick A Cappella Showcase (WACA)
The Warwick A Cappella Showcase brought together collegiate vocal groups from across the Midlands for an evening of live performance. Featuring Warwick’s own vocal ensembles alongside regional guest performers, the showcase celebrated the creativity of the student vocal community in front of friends, family, and local residents.
- Boys2Men Conference
For Black Boys delivered the inaugural Boys2Men conference, a powerful event centred on the mental health and wellbeing of Black men. The conference offered an open, supportive environment for meaningful dialogue, encouraging attendees to prioritise self-care and mental health free from stigma.
